1. Independent participation
Your company participates as an independent business. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or exclusive-service relationships between your company and Community Mow.
2. Choosing opportunities
Your company chooses whether to accept each opportunity and when to participate. There are no service quotas or recurring commitments.
3. Company and crew responsibility
Your company is responsible for its employees and authorized crew members.
4. Equipment and field operations
Mow Pro Partners are generally responsible for equipment and crew needed for accepted services.
5. Approved services and client property
Perform only services authorized through Community Mow.
6. Client respect and privacy
Use client information only to complete an accepted Community Mow service.
7. Safety, licensing, and insurance
Your company is responsible for applicable safety requirements, licenses, registrations, and insurance.
8. Incidents and property damage
Promptly report injuries, safety concerns, property damage, complaints, or significant incidents.
9. Completion evidence
Provide accurate completion details and required evidence.
10. Future service contact
Future paid-service contact is permitted only when the client voluntarily opts in.
11. Public recognition
Recognition and impact claims must be based on reviewed, verified service records.
12. Program access
Community Mow may pause, restrict, or remove program access when necessary.
13. Changes to these terms
Material updates may require participating companies to review and accept a new version.
